Hiep not only has 12 years of experience in teaching contract, corporation, tax, finance, banking, commercial and investment at reputable universities in Vietnam, but also provides legal advice on dispute resolution issues with respect to commercial, corporate governance, tax, finance, banking, investment. He has extensive experience in tax, finance, commercial contract and corporate internal management with an outstanding number of clients.
At LIFT Consulting Group, Hiep is in charge of a team of lawyers who are experts to provide best advice for domestic and foreign clients in a wide range of legal issues related to tax, corporate structuring and investment.
